By downloading or using LucidPDF, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. License & Lifetime Purchase

LucidPDF is free to download and use. A "Pro" upgrade is available via a one-time, lifetime in-app purchase through the App Store. As a Universal Purchase, this grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the premium features on both Mac and iPad tied to your Apple ID. We firmly stand against recurring subscriptions.

3. User Responsibilities

You retain full ownership and responsibility for any PDF documents you modify, redact, encrypt, or process using LucidPDF. The LucidPDF Team is not liable for lost passwords on encrypted PDFs, unrecoverable redacted content, or data loss resulting from device failure.

4. Disclaimers

LucidPDF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
